I wrote the OXO company with the question of how to accomplish cheese straws. Unfortunately, they did not respond (frown). This makes my rating a 4 instead of 5. This was dumb luck: I extruded the mixture using the wreath disc. Clicked maybe 6 times. Sliced the pieces of dough off and twisted them, as I prefer. I like to freeze on the pan for 15 minutes, to preserve shape, then bake. Merry Christmas from Fairhope, Alabama.
