First off all, I’ve been a little monster since 2008 and a man who doesn’t wear make up due to fear of being judged. I wanted to support this brand for along time now but wasn’t sure what I can get away with. …And then came along Neutral PhD Lip Hybrid Stain. Sorry I don’t review make up at all but it goes on smooth, and does leave a glossy shine and finish, it’s not like sticky or tacky feeling when you close your lips either. I'll eventually edit this once I use it more. Weeee! Hope this helped somewhat. Edit: Ok, it's literally the fabulous version of a Chapstick. Hydrating and moisturizing, absolutely love it.
