Picked up the posture corrector because my husband kept giving me a hard time for sitting so hunched over. It’s super easy to put on, just like a backpack and then you pull the shoulder straps tight and secure with Velcro. It really makes you have great posture as it doesn’t let you slouch or hunch forward. I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their posture, reduce tension in their shoulders, and look more confident!
