I was a little hesitant before ordering this skirt because there were no reviews . However, I love my cartoon graffiti pleated skirt and received so many compliments. The skirt is true to size, I'm wearing a L and wear a dress size 12. The waist is elastic and comfortable and my only recommendation is to wear a slip because the skirt is a little thin..
