This cover is an excellent idea . . . that needs a bit of improving. If you try to use it on small pots/pans/fry-pans, you will need to look out for the handles. If the handle extends above the pot/pan rim, the cover will not fit properly. Second item is that you will probably need to use it on the front burners of your stove, because of the size (it bumps into the back of the range). On anything that has a flat surface with NO handle above the rim, and you cook on a front burner, this is great.
