I was severely low in B12 so I had to start taking b12 shots. My doctor told me once I started taking the shots to "never, never, never stop." He didn't think I was able to absorb it normally due to my thyroid issues. When I started with a new doctor she thought I would be fine to take pills or sublingual tablets like this product. I've been on this for about 6 months now and had my b12 checked last time I was in. The normal range is 232 - 1,245 pg/mL and mine is 1,549 pg/mL so this product is definitely working for me!
