I live in the Phoenix area let me start with that. I was using the pop ups for cleaning debris off the pool floor for the past 2 years. I decided before the summer starts I want to do something that would clean the pool a little better. I did tons of research on at least a dozen different suction cleaners like this. This zodiac barracuda (I call it my little tank) is AMAZING. Extremely easy to set up with colored pictures within the directions, the packaging was great, along with an overall quality product. The tracks for the wheels area nice rubber, not some cheap stuff you see on other products. The cleaner itself is sturdy, well built. My pool floor was pretty dirty and had lots of mesquite tree leaves in the bottom. Needless to say, I was pretty embarrassed of the pool overall, not now! The water is crystal clear and not a spec of debris anywhere in the pool. This little guy is a tank! The custom hose attachments are pretty cool. I have a 15K gallon play pool and I have 3 extra hoses, do not buy extras unless you have some Olympic size pool in your backyard. I bought the leaf catcher that is advertised along with this cleaner and that works just as well too. Just buy this cleaner now and be done with it, you wont be disappointed.
