Received this today and couldn't wait to try it out. Connected the base to my mixer and powered it up. Put batteries in the mics, turned them on and... nothing. Could not get the mics to pair with the base, period. As i was removing the batteries from the mics and packing up the base, I noticed something.. The base has a sticker on it that specifies 2 frequencies, 540.0MHz and 570.0MHz. However, on the microphones where the batteries go, there's a sticker on each, one stating 542.0MHz and the other stating 572.0MHz. Apparently they packaged mismatched mics and base unit! I think I'll spend a few dollars more and get a brand that has much better quality control standards. 2018.02.06 Update: I received a reply from Fifine to my email I sent just last night. Very fast response. They ensured me they will make this right and requested pics of certain things on the microphones. Upping my rating to 2 stars due to their quick response. Will come back and update again with resolution. 2018.02.09 Update: Upgraded to 5-stars for the excellent level of customer service offered by Fifine. They've sent me a replacement through Amazon and their response time is nothing short of excellence. I've included their response below: "Thank you for your understanding, Rob.
