UPDATE: My original rating was 3 stars based on the fact that the product just wasn't the right option for my daughter. The quality was fine - it was just a bit too tight and uncomfortable for her. (She's a size 8.5 women's/7 mens with fairly normal arches). But the folks at the Copper Compression company reached out to me following my initial review, and their customer service went above and beyond. Even the most well-made, well-respected product in the world isn't going to please everyone 100% of the time, and I've learned that the real mark of a company's quality is not necessarily perfection - it is how they respond when things don't go perfectly. By that measure, the company behind this product is 5 stars all the way.
