My husband wanted to make his own bread and we didn't have any pans so we bought this pan x's 2. We love these pans they have a little bit of weight but aren't heavy. My husband likes making bread from scratch, knowing the ingredients are fresh and there are no preservatives put into the dough so these pans are getting used at least once a week. I am happy to report that these pans are holding up great and they cook the bread evenly! I have attached a picture with the pans and you can see the loafs of bread are nice and golden brown across the top. There is a nice even cook on the bread. I think we will have many more years of use and more importantly many more perfectly cooked loaves of bread in these pans. I hope my review was helpful, if it was please push the button below.
