This company is excellent to work with. My pillow was too tall for my neck and they inquired how I liked the pillow. I said it seemed well made but was too high for me. They said they wanted to send me replacements. In less than a week I got two new pillows that fit me nicely. I didn't ask for the replacements. They just wanted a satisfied customer and they got one. I would highly recommend this company.
