This is very strong. I started out with two capsules but had to switch to one due to my first week of Naseua and excess saliva. I could literally feel the effect almost like a very good detox. This lasted only for one week and I can now take two daily. I take this with other supplements to prevent cancer I am a health coach and have done a lot of research on many plants and oils. It's good to flush your liver and kidney a few times each year. Stay well. arm yourself with plant, oils and food knowledge and u will have less medical problems. Stay well
