I'm about 5'9" and 145 lbs. I have pretty long arms. I got a medium and it fit perfectly. I live in Montana and it's currently in the negatives right now. Even though sometimes I choose too, I don't really even have to wear sleeves/layers underneath this jacket because it's so warm. I highly recommend this. I've had it for several months now. The buttons and the zipper have held up pretty well.
