I gave this product a shot based on the all the great reviews as well as a recommendation from a friend who saw Dr. Emil on a television show (she had great success with some other products from the line). After some time, I began to notice a radiant glow to my skin that I didn't even have decades ago. I almost thought I was pregnant, although that would have been a long shot at my age. But pregnancy glow would be the best way to describe the way my skin has bee looking since starting this product. I really can't believe it. I haven't made any changes to my skin care or beauty routine so it must be the collagen in this product. My hair is also looking fuller, thicker and even a bit shinier. Really just a lot healthier. I've always had pretty healthy hair but I have definitely noticed a difference recently. Again, no changes in my hair care routine (same conditioner, same leave-in treatments, etc). I have taken collagen before but have never seen any noticeable results until this product. For the price, this is basically a steal. Love it love it!
