Updated Feb 11, 2019: A day after I posted my review informing what happened (comments below) I received an email apologizing for it and asking if I would accept another device free of charge as a compensation. With my acceptance, in 3 days I received other steamer and this one was perfectly functioning and it is really good. The attention didnt stop there as they called me to make sure I was satisfied with the second device sent and also letting me know they were available for anything I'd need. I can say that problems can happen with anyone but the way you choose to address it makes all the difference. I would definitely recommend this seller and product. ***************** Just received mine, poured in distilled water as recommended, plugged in 3 different power outlets, but it won't work! I hear the beep but right after plugging in, the lights stay blinking and the buttons do not respond, the water doesn't heat up, nothing is working! It is really frustrating!
