This is a great printer. During set up check your wifi signal and select a lower setting if there are 2 signals. These are found in your computer not the printer! Canon does not support the newer faster 5G. This tip will solve a lot of the problems people are talking about. First off it's "WIFI" not blue tooth. Tip #2. When not using printer every day, remove paper from lower tray and store on "scanner" bed under cover. Then close lower doors keeping dust and junk out of vulnerable areas. This will solve a lot of paper jambs. I was a repair technician so take heed! I know!
