I highly recommend this brand. I was taking another popular brand with what I considered good results... then I switched to this. What a difference. For those who are new to sulfur please read the following. Yes it tastes bad at first. After a week you won't notice it. For all those 1 star reviewers who quit taking it because of the taste----get over yourselves. You are missing out on the wonderful benefits. It takes a bit to dissolve, be patient.
