Authentic Bars are good natural nutrition, but the mint level is disappointing in this one.
These bars are a good meal supplement or snack. The Peanut butter with mini chocolate candies is my favorite. I thought the mint chip would be like mint chip ice cream but it barely had any mint at all. The bars tasted good but just not minty. I love mint chocolate like "Andes Mints" or "Peppermint Patties" but one is subtle and the other bold. These bars are so subtle they are almost plain.
