I upped it to 4-stars after the manufacturer contacted me, see bottom.) * This is a fantastic product - and since I've used it, it is now my go-to lozenge to freshen my breath. * But after three boxes, I've noticed some BIZARRE packaging issues with each. * Cut to the chase - the labeling on this box should be revised to say, "100 estimated lozenges per box." Because with my latest box, I did a hand-count and got 94 lozenges, not 100. The second box I got 97. Didn't even bother to check the first box but I did notice a couple of empty wrappers. * The attached picture shows why. Each lozenge is individually wrapped. (By the way, they're hard as heck to open.) But the automated machines to fill these wrappers are a "hit-and-miss." * Sometimes you get wrappers with lozenge chips inside them, sometimes you get "two-and-a-half" lozenges bonded together and sometimes you get wrappers with nothing inside at all. * Again, this is a great product, but I waited until I bought three boxes over several months before writing that I've had problems each time. Not worth sending the whole box back when I get "shorted" a few lozenges here and there. But this is a problem that's gotta be fixed. If it says "100 lozenges" on the box, you should get that. Just unlucky I guess because I've never gotten 100. Not yet, anyway. But I'll keep buying 'em. (UPDATE - AUGUST 15, 2016) - After writing this review, I was contacted by the manufacturer about my problem. Even though I'm already a fan and stated that I would continue buying these lozenges - I was sent a replacement - which arrived over the weekend - to compensate me for my troubles. I in NO WAY expected this. I gotta say, not only is this product wonderful - but it's even MORE off-the-charts to get a superlative customer service response! This demonstrates the integrity of its makers and its sincere efforts to please. A+ TheraBreath!
