The power bank is not 30,800mAH but more about 17~18000mAH. It charges Note 10+( rated 4300mAH) about 4 times. It is also not bulky or loaded with ports. The charging specs are impressive. The nice thing is it has a fast-charging (In/out) indicator (pic 5) The power bank has 2 QC 4.0(Out) ports, one PD port (In/Out), and one micro-USB(In only) I tested using a USB voltmeter and Note 10 + ( rated 4300mAH) and the results are below: 1. The QI (wireless charging) is fast (as displayed on phone), but is very picky about phone placement on the charger. Charges the phone in ~ 2 hours. 2. The PD(in/out) charging is fastest at 15-18 watts. Fully charges the phone in about 1 hr 15 mins. pic 1 3. QC 4.0 ( 2 ports) is charging at 9V 1.6A. pic 2 4. The power bank itself recharges in 3-4 hours, using PD port, at almost 19watts. pic (3 & 4 using different wall adapters) It also has a micro-USB port for charging power bank which is pretty much useless these days and a micro-USB cable is supplied (should have provided USB-C cable instead). Also, the 2 USB ports are upside-down, if you care about that. An LED flashlight on the charger would have been useful. In all, I am happy with it as it's quite handy. I hope it lasts long. Update: USB-C port is not snug as noted by others, and it cannot fast charge on multiple ports.
