I have been looking portable pulse ox for work that was accurate but didn't break the bank if it grew legs and walked off. My coworker let me borrow hers and I became a fan quickly. First, the pulse felt solid. The springs to open it didn't feel flimsy and opened and closed without shifting. Second, it was accurate. I did my own test. I put this pulse ox on my finger and compared it to the monitor. Both gave me the same answer. Third the price was right. Liked this so much I bought 2. One for myself and another for my husband. We use them every shift in 2 busy ERs. Thanks for your product.
