Works very well, saves time and money, easy to clean, just turn on in a cup of soapy water and dry off!
I use this when making Matcha lattes but it also works well for coffee lattes as well,or if you want to just drink a cup of froth (like my kids wanted). This works really well,it is very powerful and though I did smell a burning plastic smell when I first used it,it dissipated after some use so that might of been because it was new. This works very well when making froth, and I decided since most people use different milks now a days, as I do, I would test it using different one's as well. So I tested it with lactose-free milk (I'am lactose intolerant,it just has a type of sugar enzyme removed),coconut milk, soy milk, almond milk, and half and half. All were done using a measuring cup, and 2 oz. was always used. Lactose free: 2 oz. / 8 oz., Coconut milk: 2 oz./ 2 oz., no increase but some froth, soy milk 2 oz./ 4 oz., Almond milk 2 oz./ 6 oz., half and half 2 oz./ 4 oz. I noticed you can get more froth if you whisk longer (soy milk increased from 2 oz- 8 oz after longer whisking). In conclusion, this works very well, but the amount of froth has a lot to do with the type of milk you use, cow's milk being the best. You will end up saving money if you make it yourself; therefore, this can be seen as an investment in a product that will bring you enjoyment and save you a lot of money since you won't have to keep going to Starbucks, plus think about all that extra time you have when you don't have to wait in line with the others who have yet to find this product...poor lost souls. If you have any questions or comments please feel free to ask, I take time out of my busy time to help others make an informed decisions since I myself looks to the reviews of others to make my purchases so please not unnecessary rude remarks. Recommend: Definitely, it really works , and it was actually fun to use. ***Update: I have been using this milk frother everyday for about a month and a half now, and it is still awesome! It started feeling a little weak but when I changed the batteries it became super powerful again. I guess I was just using it so much that I killed the batteries. :P I love making my lattes in the morning and my kids (for some reason) love drinking there milk in froth form only now. I uploaded some new photos of my cup of latte with the foam I made on top, I swear that is an actual stiff peak you see, it reminds me of the meringue pies peak I can actually scoop it up and eat it though it is a little messy. I also only use a small amount of milk in order to make those tiff peaks as I've noticed if you add a lot of milk you don't get as much foam. If you add just a little milk though you can turn the whole amount into foam, and than to have to scoop it out because it is super thick! I usually go up and down too slowly like I'am churning butter and you can see the foam start to form.
