I'll be honest, I was skeptical when first purchasing because of the price. However, I noticed results within the first day of taking the superfood cocktail. I purchased the product because I have digestive issues and a huge staples of my diet are green smoothies. However, the amount of raw veggies I was consuming were overwhelming my digestion. I also was looking for something that had enzymes and probiotics. THIS IS PERFECT! It even has protein! I was also very nervous to try it because I am so sensitive to everything. However, this does not cause ANY tummy discomfort and has helped my digestion. Like I said, Within that first day, my bloating and gas pain went away. ENERGY LEVELS ARE INCREDIBLE! It's suggested that you take this on an empty stomach in the morning. I have not tried to do otherwise because half way through the drink, I feel amazing. It's a different type of energized feeling than one from caffeine. I call it "clean" because there is no crash and I literally just feel like a better version of myself. I've drank this alone with water and also mixed it into a veggie based smoothie bowl. BOTH taste smooth and delicious. It's very light and refreshing on its own and I enjoy it very much.
