What a mistake. I bought this for my wife so that she could summon me to make her another martini or bring her a snack. She said she loves this "butler bell." I hate it. Every time I hear it, I come running. Where's my bell? Nobody is waiting on me. I need a butler bell, too, and a butler! Seriously, though, it's well made and very attractive. It works as described. Would purchase again for my next wife.
