I take it once or twice a day the bottle is HUGE with lots vitamin c in it 250 capsules and they are VEGAN the ingredients of viva vitamin C is great it has rosehips too !!! But but but .. I recently came across one of Dr.Greger’s videos explaining how the body gets the benefits of vitamins and minerals only from food ! I didn’t stop taking it but now I started using it by opening 1 capsule into my diy facials and treatments! It gives fantaaaastic results! .. if you want a good vitamin C try this one!
