This is so much better to use for acne than harsh chemicals like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. The texture of my skin looks so much better with this spray and I no longer use those chemicals on my face. I did go back to them for a little while when I had an acne flare up due to drinking to much caffeine and noticed that my skin looked gritty, dirty, and rough. I now use this and a scar removal lotion and my skin has never looked better. Although I contribute a big part of my improvements to quitting coffee in favor or matcha green tea, this spray has made obvious and major improvements on any of the flare ups I still get. The most amazing benefit has been clearing my toenail fungus away though. I tried so many products to get rid of it, including essential oils, but I barely noticed any difference. I tried all th suggestions offered online and was beginning to feel hopeless. I read other people’s reviews of products and they were basically saying they’ve had their toenail fungus for years and years and that nothing worked. Using this spray a couple times a day cleared it up and it cleared it up fast. I don’t remember the exact amount of time it took but it felt like one day it was there and the next it wasn’t. I’m very grateful. I still spray my toe nails with it just in case.
