The only issue I see that I have is I have some love handles I need to take care of. I wanted a ab roller wheel but there was so many to choose from. The reason I chose this one was because the elastic band that comes with this setup. First day workout didn't use the elastic band I struggled. 2 days later i tried it with the elastic band held by my feet and wrap on the handle, let me tell you it makes it so easy to come back up. I did more ab workout then if I didn't have it one. The burn after the workout is intense. It comes in a small box, which I was surprised but you put everything together and you got a little workout set. Push up assist bar thing is made out of plastic. Seems to work but not sure i would trust it for someone weighing 200+ lbs. Regardless it's a great way to trip off those excess tummy and maybe get some abs showing.
