They actually work. NO BLUE LIGHT! See my video! Came with a little testing strip and a blue light to test and it does the trick..... posted a video too. I got this to aid in my migraines and eye strain and really like them. The plastic frame is lightweight but I think its sturdy. The lens is a bit thin but no blue light was getting through at all...a bit bigger than I expected but they work and they work well!
