It's pretty difficult for a big guy like me a little over 300 lb to find something decent to workout on. I mean isn't that the point to be able to supply a piece of workout equipment that can handle a big person who needs to lose weight? It's pretty discouraging when most of the rowers and machines can only support 250 lb. If you're big I like me and you're looking for an affordable way to lose weight at home please get this you will not regret it! Coming from this big guy you will not regret this purchase.
