I received this pitcher in the mail. Cleaned it per the instructions and soaked the filter as instructed for 15 minutes . Poured water through the assembled pitcher and waited another 15 minutes. Ran water through another 2 times and took a reading on my water sample kit after the third time. I have to say I’m impressed. Vial on the left is the alkaline water from the pitcher and the vial on the right is tap water. Looks to be about 8.8 or better on the scale. Happy with the product. Works as intended.
