I was born with dark circles thanks to thin skin and severe allergies. Without make up, I look like a crack whore. This is definitely the best of the drugstore concealers. It's easy to put on and the handy applicator controls the amount. I use an illuminator underneath the concealer which also helps. Worth the money.
