I want to start off by saying this product works. It works well (Stay close to the bathroom). I lost 5 pounds. Please read the whole review! My main focus of this review it to bring attention to something I didn't think about before starting this cleanse. I CAUTION you if you're taking any type of medication for chronic conditions. I suffer from severe depression/ anxiety. I take medication daily for depression/ anxiety. So this is what happened to me... I started taking this product right away and was very happy with the results! Yay it works! Then after about 2 days in I started having severe emotional issues - like a straight up freak out breakdown. I felt almost drunk and outside my body (I kept taking the meds) then started feeling like I need to quit my job, that my life was hopeless. I will spare all the other lovely details but I had a straight up metal breakdown crisis!! I realized after about 10 days that this was the ONLY thing different in my life. I stopped taking it and my symptoms stopped. This medication was cleansing everything from my system including medications I NEEDED! I hope this will help spare someone 2 weeks of mental torture... just be cautious. If I wasn't on meds like these the cleanse would have been great. I did lose weight. I lost my gut which is exactly what I was hoping it would do. This gave me the kick in the butt to get back in the gym and keep the weight loss going.
