I experience chronic leg pain and haven’t been able to run because of it. I received the equipment a day after ordering, and upon waking up I felt terrible leg pain. I use a similar product at my gym with a personal trainer, and decided to try it out at home. First I tried it sitting down, like the manual suggests. After I figured out how to use the remote control I went for the “beginners” pre-set 10 min workout routine. MY LEG PAIN IS GONE! I can’t even believe it. I feel completely energized and so grateful for this product. Must order!
