I just got this today and decided to see if it worked. Well to my surprise it did! I seen several reviews that said it won’t spin, if you make the string shorter it will spin with no problem. In just the minute and few seconds I was using it my heart rate went up to 140 so you will definitely burn some calories. I took two links off but I’m going to take one more off and then it should fit perfect. I will take my waist measurements and use it for a month and see what my measurements are afterwards.
