I first ordered the audiobook of “Girl, Wash Your Face” and loved it so much that I purchased the hardcover so that I could physically highlight everything that spoke to me, which is practically the entire book. Rachel speaks truth. She identifies the lies that we each tend to believe then squashes each one, telling how she overcame those lies. Everyone has a life story but not everyone helps millions of people overcome their own struggles because of what they’ve learned from their story. Rachel has done exactly that. Read this book. Then reread it. It’s one to remind yourself of until you stop believing the lies that you tell yourself.
