I order this little breath from heaven after a particularly stressful morning with the kids. They of course wanted pancakes again, for the third day in a row. Which meant making one pancake at a time in a small cast iron pan. It took forever to make 6 pancakes. After breakfast I looked on Amazon and found this Presto Griddle. I knew I wanted a griddle without Teflon and this is make with ceramic. I has a textured surface, to get that super nonstick action, keep that in mind as your pancakes will also have a slight texture as well. It's large enough to cook 6-7 decent size pancakes for the kids, or a mix of four smaller pancakes, eggs and bacon. Speaking of bacon, this thing is great for that, drip pan is basic, but did its job. It filled up after cooking one standard bacon package. I don't have to put oil or butter on the pan, eggs just glide around it. The downside is I'm not eating breakfast with a ton of butter, it good if you are eating healthy but I like that fatty taste! Heats up fast, and clean up is quick and easy. Very satisfied with this griddle!
