Navage nasal cleaner system...
Only had this unit for a couple of days, so I don't have the process down to a fine science yet. I have managed to successfully use it three times and it relieves the pressure in my sinuses well enough to carry me through the day. Expect to spend some time with it for the first few times, at least. Nicely made, mostly plastic. Unfortunately, it "requires" the use of their saline pods to provide the salt, which is why I gave it four stars rather than five. Fortunately, their restrictive system is easy to get around so you can mix your own saline solution for far less money than having to constantly buy their expensive salt pods, although their pods are very easy to use. Be sure to disassemble the unit, as described in the manual, and give it a thorough cleaning. Select the most comfortable nose fittings and the rest should be easy. This is a much smaller unit that I expected. Also included was a fair number of the saline pods. The upper tank holds 8 ounces of water, plus the solution from the pod, which is approximately one ounce. Total time to empty the upper tank is around 30-60 seconds. The piece that holds the rubber nostril pieces can be rotated so that it can pull the solution through from either the right or left side. They suggest that half the tank be done in one direction, then switch to the other direction at approximately half-tank. Depending on your sensitivity to the process, you may or may not experience some minor and unusual sensations during the process. It should go away once you have the process understood and become used to the water being drawn through your sinus passages.
