Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

So I got this today and gave it a quick run on a recently vacuumed carpet. It worked pretty well and overall build quality seems good. I'm coming from a Dyson Pet & Allergy model which recently died. I'm not disappointed with the Shark at all - in fact I think in a lot of ways it's superior to the Dyson. I'm looking forward to getting quite a bit of use out of this unit. The reason for deducting a star is because the ad for this model was deceiving and led the purchaser to believe they were getting more than what was in the box. For example, I did not receive the dolly that the "lifted" system could park in and essentially get turned into a canister vac. This was one of the key features I was looking for and was led to believe it was included with this model. I'm not perfect so maybe I missed it somewhere in the description, but it seems to me that the description page could have been made clearer...like maybe only offer this specific model on the page and not have other models to choose from since that's where I think my confusion might have come in as the description and reviews included accessories that were not included with my model. I will now try and find the accessories I wanted and purchase them separately. Overall I'm happy with the vac so far, just disappointed that it didn't have everything I thought it would.
