Only issue is I have large calves, and I even bought the large ones.. but the straps on the back are fairly uncomfortable nothing you cant get used too.. but the instep goes a bit past my toes lol.. I have around a size 10 foot... so I probably need some combination of a medium and a large.. but it works..
