I am so mad it took me so long to find this!!! My Dad has the worst allergies in the entire world. He just coughs and sneezes and his eyes run ALL DAY LONG. Over the counter things don't work. Singulair doesn't work. Claritin-D doesn't work. Zyrtec or Zyrtec-D doesn't work. Nothing works! He has terrible asthma and allergies and one affects the other. If something irritates his allergies then it offsets his asthma. He just coughs and coughs and coughs and sniffles and sneezes. I used marshmallow because I had a UTI. I used it with a few other things and just had to happen to have some left over. When I got it, I found out it's really good for respiratory and phlegm and fluid. I did some research and found out it was used by the ancient Greeks. I gave it to my Dad and he took it. Within an hour of taking it, his nose wasn't running and he stopped coughing. I can honestly say, in 30 years, I've never seen my Dad go 20 mins without coughing. He stopped coughing for hours when he took the marshmallow. It is most definitely a miracle for him.
