I have been taking this for about 30 days now. I wanted to wait a little bit so I could leave a more accurate review. So far I love it. I can now noticably see my skin looking overall better. My nails are growing and I am having less hair loss. No flavor at all, so I mix with my coffee and it blends in with no problem. I have not tried mixing it with any cold drinks yet so not sure how it would mix that way. Overall I would recommend. I already have purchased my second container.
