Good for vegans... but vitamins are not some magical cure-all
I'm vegan and this product seemed like a good way to make sure that I was getting enough B12. I don't always want to take multivitamins since my regular diet gives me most of what I need. I like that I can use the dropper to either take a small dose every day or do a large dose for the whole week.
However, please know that this cannot "instantly" boost your energy levels. It almost always takes time to replenish a vitamin or mineral deficiency because your body can only absorb so much in one day. Furthermore, severe B12 deficiency is incredibly rare and usually arises from specific illnesses or restrictive diets. Plenty of everyday vegan foods like soy milk contain B12 for that reason. So, if you feel a sudden "energy boost" after using this product, that's just a placebo effect. There's nothing wrong with that, and that doesn't make you stupid. I actually think it's great that a relatively safe supplement could make you feel good. But don't feel bad if this product doesn't "work" for you either. You don't need to take this unless you aren't getting enough B12 from your diet for some reason.
This tastes fine and should meet my needs. That's all.
