I responded to Maison d' Hermine's email regarding my satisfaction with my purchase of their apron. I let them know that although I loved the apron, I couldn't use it because the ties were too short. Their response, much to my amazement was to send me another apron with longer ties that fit perfectly. I am delighted with this purchase and with their extraordinary customer service. I highly recommend dealing with this company and encouraging others to purchase their quality products.
