Garment is very sturdy, holds everything in quite nicely. It does not stretch at all which is good b/c you don't want to be able to get lazy and let your stomach just poke out. With that being said, it will be a little tough to get on but when you finally do it is so worth breaking the sweat (you will probably break a sweat getting it on LOL). Anyway, I am 5'10 and about 200 lbs or so, I purchased in a size 2x/3x. It fit perfect. Photos attached for your reference. Can't go wrong with this garment. It is completely undetectable underneath clothing..... Slay ladies, Slay! 🤗
