I’m a 59 yrs young female who enjoys working out I got this Hoop to add some variety to my fitness goal. I started this journey with a size 41.5 waist, I can’t wait to see the transformation. This Hoop is noisy but who cares when you work out at the gym its noisy, and the DVD you are using could be considered noisy when you workout at home. The Hoop was very easy to put together most of it comes in tact. Depending on your waist size you might need to add or remove sections. I believe one accommodates a 51 “ waist size. Umm I just thought of something if you need a larger Hoop buy two and add sections as you need to, that might work. The Hoop is very comfortable as it goes around your waist, however you need to have a top on otherwise the sections might pinch your skin. Customer service responds quickly and they are very willing to answer your questions via email. I am planning on getting another one only because I want a purple one and when I ordered mine they didn’t have purple. If you want to take your work out to another level, switch things up and have Hoop challenges this is a game changer!!!
