It absolutely worked!!! In inspection report was performed on our home on its sale. The inspection identified a high level of penicillum aspergillis in our basement and buyers requested $2,500 remedial action by a professional cleaner. Instead, I offered to treat with EC3, and retest. This product entirely eliminated the elevated level. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
