Low noise , good cutting shears.
An obviously abused young stray cat blew into our home during a tornado warning. She came with issues beyond her matted coat, so I was hesitant and cautious on how to get her out of the pain the matting was causing.
I bought this brand on the low noise and good reviews. And just look at my little girl with her new do!
