Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased the 10 pack with festive colors. These are fine 0.4mm points. I use these to do writing on 3x5 cards (thicker) and on note pads (regular weight, like normal photocopier paper). They work well for my purpose with no bleed through- I have attached pics with the bleed through test with a comparison to the Sharpie Ultra fine point (0.3mm?). I bought the BIC because the Sharpies were bleeding through. Depending on what you are doing (hand speed or drawing) and the type of paper, I would guess with the BIC you could get a little read through. The label says water based ink, but following the bleed through test I wetted my finger and rubbed on the writing and the ink did smear a little, whereas the Sharpie did not- so the BIC might not be classified as a permanent marker contrast to Sharpie. Overall works for me, the colors are great (festive).
