This is our second bench because my mom is handicapped and it works well for her. It's strong, sturdy and seems well made - but a couple of notes.... First, the bottom suction cups are not replaceable, so do not order the ones sold on Amazon because they do not work. I tried to remove the ones on this model and they break off. It's also almost as cost effective to buy a new one anyway. Then, well, putting together the bench you'd think would be self explanatory, it's not. As someone who only defaults to the directions in dire circumstances it REALLY annoys me when they're of little use. I'll start with the first diagram. It doesn't even match the bench. There's two legs where the picture on the diagram only shows one. (See picture 1). Next, step 3 states "Attach leg with large suction cup (marked "A") by depressing the brass push pin and inserting into the receptacles with the matching "A"". Well, first, as I mentioned, there's two legs, both capped in plastic. Second, they fail to tell you that you need to remove the black plastic cap on the correct leg. (Pictures 2 and 3). Plus, the "brass push pin" requires a great deal of pressure to press (okay, granted especially if you don't know to remove the plastic cap...). (Picture 4). The devil in me wanted to give a 1 star review in frustration, but justice prevailed. I hope I save someone else my frustration or at least give some one a laugh!
