It's a toaster, all right.
You know, it's a toaster. It toasts bread. It toasts pop-tarts. It toasts bagels. It toasts english muffins. It toasts all these things, and it does it how any reasonable person would expect it to.
If you expect it to function as a traditional toaster, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the reasonable accuracy of the temp/darkness setting and the "frozen" button. If you plan on using this to cook a turkey, you'll be disappointed. If you plan on using this toaster to wax your car, you'll be upset. Do not attempt to use this toaster to heat up your leftover deep dish pizza, a shrimp po' boy, or pasta of any kind. It should not be used to fry fish, bake a quiche, or torch the sugar for your creme brûlée. It is not made of 14 gauge stainless steel, and will not survive a drop from 30 feet onto concrete, nor submersion in a large body of water. It is as functional and durable as one should expect a toaster should be in a normal countertop toasting environment.
